Product Demand and Job Creation

As we stated in our last post, the current economy has fostered increased prosperity for our nation's small business owners. The more sales they make to existing customers, the more revenue, or money, they now have to advertise their product(s) or service(s) to increase their sales even more.
In order to meet that new increased demand, the business owner needs to hire more employees to make more inventory to sell. This is the typical "job creation" process. Each employee then participates in helping fill the "demand" that has increased. This is true whether it concerns the actual production and delivery of gasoline to the pump to fill our vehicles or to put cereal on the grocery store shelf.
Consider the town you live in. What is popular there for kids or families to do, visit or buy? Is there a favorite restaurant where you may have to wait to get seated occasionally? Is there a certain car dealership that is usually busy? A store downtown that you family frequently shops at?
Be observant. A clue is a "Help Wanted " sign on the premises. That states that what they sell is in demand, and there is an open position waiting to be filled - a sign is always a good sign!
